Job summary

Thirty Madison Ventures is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to service commercial rooftop units and split systems in the Hagerstown area. You will perform routine maintenance and respond to on-call needs during a rotating schedule.

This role requires 3-5 years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. You will work with walk-in coolers and self-contained refrigeration and sign off work orders with customers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Some residential new construction.
