Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for customers in a defined market. You will commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems at customer locations using your knowledge of air conditioning theory, piping, and mechanical layouts.

The role requires 5+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience required.
• EPA Certification required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Technical school training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leader and customer to define on-site requirements and materials.
• Serve as direct customer contact; diagnose and repair HVAC equipment at customer sites.
• Use blueprints/engineering specs and tools to diagnose and repair units.
• Occasionally work overtime, weekends, and overnight stays as needed.
• Maintain safety and accountability of company assets on site.
