Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking an HVAC Field Support Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience with Liebert Precision Cooling Equipment and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include supervising field trials and resolving technical issues for customers. The role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to work under various conditions, with 75% travel involved. A high school diploma and EPA certification are required for this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with Liebert Precision Cooling Equipment and 4-year degree in HVAC Engineering, or 10 years’ experience as a technician.
• EPA refrigerant license certification required.
• Completion of all available Product Training Classes, especially iCOM.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Trials and schedule travel dates with customers.
• Resolve customer problems with Liebert equipment that other technicians have failed to resolve.
• Participate in New Product Development (NPDP) teams and provide serviceability feedback.
