Qualifications

• Must possess Type II EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record required.
• Must be training for or hold a Journeyman’s License for HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and service tasks.
• Coordinate service activities with Field Service Coordinators.
• Thoroughly document service activity and submit reports.
• Attend Product Training sessions as assigned.
