Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC systems.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving and a clean record.
• Strong customer service orientation and proactive approach.
• Ability to supervise and develop HVAC technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation/replacement of residential HVAC systems with high quality and efficiency.
• Direct daily operations: scheduling, job assignments, and workflow optimization.
• Oversee procurement of equipment and parts meeting standards.
• Supervise and mentor HVAC technicians, providing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
