The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HVAC, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong problem-solving skills. EPA/OSHA certifications are preferred, with safety and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifikationen

• US work authorization is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years HVAC experience; technical school preferred.
• Physically demanding role; ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Willing to travel and work overtime/weekends as needed.
• EPA and OSHA certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnosis and repair for HVAC systems.
• Provide technical support for new chiller installation, startup and commissioning.
• Demonstrate and train customers how to use their system properly.
• Create and build strong relationships with customers and exceed expectations.
• Communicate findings to customers and managers to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep track of service calls and represent the company at customer sites.
• Maintain safety-first attitude and flexibility for overtime and weekends.
