Responsibilities

• Manage the daily field operations for a designated team of technicians.
• Facilitate on-the-job training to ensure all technicians are fully equipped to handle their specific responsibilities.
• Audit daily service tickets to verify accuracy, monitor labor hours, and ensure documentation is completed neatly.
• Help maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring technicians provide detailed work orders that clearly explain the services performed and resolutions achieved.
• Procure necessary parts and materials to facilitate the completion of outstanding service requests.
• Collaborate with the dispatch department to organize and schedule upcoming service work.
• Provide direct field supervision and guidance to technicians as the situation requires.
• Ensure all team members strictly adhere to established company protocols and operational procedures.
• Help drive team success by ensuring all maintenance and service events are resolved promptly to meet client expectations.
• Prepare quotes for major repair projects and secure direct client authorization, while coordinating smaller repair approvals through dispatch.
• Partner with the Service Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive training curriculum for technicians.
