Job summary

Flash Technology, LLC is seeking a skilled technician in Kansas to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues with Marley products in the field. This role requires a deep knowledge of HVAC equipment and includes significant fieldwork, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and communication.

The successful candidate will spend approximately 50-75% of the time in the field and will also be an integral part of the plant's quality team, performing audits and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• HVAC equipment service experience required.
• Ability to troubleshoot process control systems and Building Management Systems (BMS).

Responsibilities

• Perform field service functions, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Provide recommendations regarding installation and repair of equipment.
• Document and provide timely and detailed reports of all activities.
