You will be responsible for troubleshooting quality issues, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining HVAC systems in the field. The role requires a technical degree or extensive relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication. Qualifications

• 8‑10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• HVAC equipment service experience required.
• Welding and/or coil repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service functions, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Represent Marley/SPX professionally to customers.
• Document and provide timely reports of activities.
• Travel domestically and internationally approximately 50‑75% of the time.
