Job summary
Sunrise Comfort Solutions is seeking a high-energy HVAC Field Service Manager to lead our service and maintenance divisions, scaling the department while mentoring technicians and ensuring world-class comfort solutions. You will drive operational excellence with FSM software, oversee safety and vendor relations, and contribute to strategic planning and KPI targets.
A strong leadership mindset and commitment to teaching are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years in HVAC service with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- EPA Universal certification required; NATE or specialized manufacturer certifications (Carrier, Trane, Mitsubishi, etc.) are highly preferred.
- Tech-savvy with Field Service Management software and mobile technology.
- Lead by example attitude with passion for teaching and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and retain a premier team of service and maintenance professionals.
- Mentor technicians and conduct regular performance reviews and goal-setting.
- Oversee on-the-job training and in-field ride-alongs for real-time coaching.
- Design and manage a training curriculum and on-site training lab.
- Develop and maintain service pricing models and monitor KPIs.
