Job summary

Senior Living Communities seeks an HVAC Maintenance Technician to ensure a safe, comfortable home for residents in a luxury senior living setting. You will troubleshoot HVAC systems, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to building improvements with a hospitality-focused team.

Ideal candidates have HVAC and EPA certifications, a CPO credential, and hands-on maintenance experience. A valid driver’s license is required, with a stable work history in service environments.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification and EPA Universal Certification required.
• CPO Certification required.
• Maintenance or mechanical experience in related trades.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and perform preventative maintenance.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general facility tasks.
• Pursue unit renovations and community improvement projects.
• Develop/participate in preventive maintenance programs to reduce emergencies.
