Arthrex is hiring a Preventative Maintenance Technician I-2nd Shift at our Ave Maria, FL facility. The role focuses on cleaning CNC machines, oil handling, and general maintenance to support production.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and 6 months of related experience. The position offers a second shift (2:00 pm-10:30 pm, Monday–Friday) with comprehensive Arthrex benefits and opportunities for growth within a global medical device company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6 months of directly related training and/or experience in the job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean chip beds and vacuum reservoirs in CNC machines.
• Process chips through the Chip Spinner to extract oil.
• Return recovered oil to machines and dispose of metal chips properly.
• Maintain proper oil levels and track oil inventory.
• Assist with production tasks on the floor as needed.
• Support other maintenance duties across facilities.
