Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems to ensure proper heat and airflow; monitor room temperatures and service components.
• Perform pipefitting, welding, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work as needed.
• Calibrate controls and replace parts; test boiler water and manage chemical additives.
