Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking an HVAC/Maintenance tech in Charlottesville, IN to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across facilities.

You will perform proactive repairs, maintain energy efficiency, and minimize downtime while keeping detailed records. The role requires multi-skilled abilities in electrical and plumbing, with experience in commercial refrigeration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical experience in building engineering with strong HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on facility mechanical, electrical, and other systems.
• Keep HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and related building repairs operational.
• Familiarize with equipment and proper usage in daily activities.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Update work orders in real time.
• Use Corrigo CMMS for all work performed.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required.
