Our client, a facilities management organization, seeks a Facilities Technician in Lafayette, IN to support building operations and infrastructure. You will monitor HVAC systems, perform maintenance, oversee contractors, and uphold safety standards while managing parts and purchasing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of facility experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, electrical credentials, and CMMS Corrigo proficiency. Strong communication and safety mindset are essential for success.

Qualificações

• HVAC and EPA certifications are mandatory.
• Electrical certifications are required.
• Minimum 5 years of facility-related work experience with leadership roles.
• Experience with Corrigo CMMS is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, water cooling, and air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Oversee contractor activities and ensure safety and operational standards.
• Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory, prepare purchase orders, and ensure material availability.
