This role offers a starting compensation of $30-$37/hr, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient maintenance of HVAC and other infrastructure, working with various equipment, and adhering to safety practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance or HVAC, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient at electrical troubleshooting and building wiring circuits.
• Highly proficient at HVAC repairs and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC equipment and infrastructure supporting equipment at the site.
• Repair building structures and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
