Job summary

A leading maintenance solutions provider is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Duluth, GA. This role is focused on the operation and maintenance of building facilities, ensuring comfort and compliance with production requirements. Responsibilities include repair of HVAC systems and collaboration with engineering for improvement processes. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience and be hands-on and mechanically inclined. This is a contract position offering a pay rate of $25.00/hr - $26.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of experience managing a facility and/or warehouse.
• Experience with planning and ordering necessary materials to support job function.
• Competency with various facility management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Assist engineers in developing methods to improve facilities processes.
• Conduct daily checks for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Skills

Hands-on and mechanically inclined

Ability to learn new processes & software

Competent with Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Education

5+ years of experience managing a facility and/or warehouse

3+ years of experience planning and ordering materials
