Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and environmental control systems.
• Operate and maintain HVAC and energy management systems to ensure indoor air quality and comfort.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to diagnose issues.
• Document repairs and inspections; communicate findings to the supervisor.
• Assist with planning maintenance projects and coordinating tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies to protect guests and property.
• Follow Ridgecrest safety standards and applicable codes.
