Qualifications

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on basic facility systems following SOPs.
• Uses CMMS to document tasks and track work orders.
• Operates and monitors building automation systems and utility infrastructure.
• Reads Life Safety drawings and blueprints to support assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conducts preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on basic facility systems and documents tasks through the computerized maintenance system.
• Assists in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and performs repairs as directed.
• Operates and monitors and maintains basic Utility System Infrastructure.
• Assist in maintaining fire alarm and fire protection systems.
• Supports the installation of building hardware, electrical devices, and wall finishes under supervision.
• Maintains preventive maintenance records and equipment repair files for compliance.
• Reads blueprints, Life Safety drawings and maintenance manuals to gain knowledge needed to complete assignments.
