Job summary

MAS HVAC in Maple Grove, MN, is seeking an experienced ETO Project Manager to own projects from award to customer acceptance. You will manage scope, schedule, cost and quality, interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include leading RFI/Submittal processes, maintaining PMO docs, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QA, and Logistics, and ensuring a clean handoff to the Commissioning team.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of project management experience in ETO, custom-engineered, or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from award through delivery with customer-facing accountability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project or equivalent Gantt scheduling tools, and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality across the full project lifecycle for a concurrent portfolio of ETO projects (typical duration: 2–12 months; typical value: $250K–$5M).
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QA, and Logistics.
• Administer change control; maintain PMO documentation including RFI Register, Submittal Register, Risk Log, and version-controlled drawings.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and internal status reviews; drive accountability to milestones across all functional stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues that impact project delivery; escalated blockers across functions with clear impact and recommended resolution.
