Job summary

ARMSTRONG AIR & ELECTRIC is seeking a skilled estimator to analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for HVAC new construction projects. The role requires strong residential design and estimating experience and attention to detail.

Candidates should be proficient in Energy Gauge for energy calculations and Wrightsoft for load calculations, with AutoCAD and Excel familiarity considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in residential design & estimating.
• Capable of producing Energy Calculations using Energy Gauge and Load Calculations using Wrightsoft.
• AutoCAD experience helpful.
• Familiar with Excel software.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented and dependable.
