Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician, HVAC Installer, or General Contractor.
• Strong understanding of residential construction.
• Experience with residential HVAC replacements and retrofit projects.
• Interest in energy-efficient HVAC systems and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to learn HVAC system design and estimating.
• General computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with customers, property managers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
• Prepare estimates for residential system replacements and retrofit projects.
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and recommend upgrades or replacements.
• Develop knowledge of energy-efficient HVAC technologies and system design.
