K Komfort Heating & Cooling in Dallas seeks an experienced HVAC Estimator to develop labor, material, and subcontractor costs for plan-spec and design-build projects across multiple markets.
You will review drawings, perform quantity takeoffs, solicit proposals, and coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure accurate bids and competitive pricing while managing deadlines.
Location: This role is remote but must be based near Dallas, TX.

We are seeking an HVAC Estimator who will play a key role in pursuit of projects across different market verticals. This role supports both plan‑spec and design‑build opportunities, working closely with our design, project development, purchasing, and construction teams from the initial review through project turnover.
This position is ideal for a motivated professional with 2–10 years of experience who is eager to expand their technical expertise and grow into a future leadership role within a rapidly scaling organization. The ideal candidate combines strong take‑off and pricing skills with sound judgement about scope, constructability, and risk. They are comfortable managing multiple deadlines, building relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, and taking ownership of their bids.
