Emerald Aire, Inc. in Auburn, WA is seeking a driven Commercial HVAC Sales Estimator to grow relationships with General Contractors and support growth in the Puget Sound region.

The role combines estimating, bid development, and preconstruction collaboration to win profitable projects. You will review plans and specifications, develop budgets and cost breakdowns, and coordinate with vendors to secure pricing while identifying value engineering opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC estimating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of commercial mechanical systems and mechanical code.
• Experience working with Commercial General Contractors.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Commercial General Contractors.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and networking events.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
• Review plans, specifications, and design-build concepts.
• Prepare accurate and competitive proposals.
• Develop project budgets and cost breakdowns.

• Identify scope gaps, risk factors, and value engineering opportunities.

• Assist with smooth turnover from estimating to operations.

We are a team-oriented commercial HVAC contractor specializing in design-build and plan/spec construction. We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial HVAC Sales / Estimator to help expand our relationships with General Contractors and support our continued growth in the Puget Sound region.

HVAC Estimator - Commercial Construction

Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000 Base Salary + performance bonuses

Work Schedule: Full Time | Monday through Friday
