Job summary

gpac is actively helping a Cleveland-area mechanical contractor recruit an HVAC Estimator to price and win commercial projects across Northeast Ohio. You will handle takeoffs, pricing, and bid prep with support from project management and leadership.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years' estimating experience in HVAC, plumbing, piping, or related mechanical systems, plus familiarity with Bluebeam and estimating software. This is a stable, long-term opportunity in a growing firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical construction estimating experience with HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal, or mechanical systems.
• Experience with Bluebeam, takeoffs, vendor/subcontractor pricing, bid preparation, or design-build work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Price and win commercial projects across Northeast Ohio from takeoff to final bid.
• Work closely with project management and company leadership to develop accurate estimates.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies for healthcare, education, industrial, and institutional projects.
