Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in engineering or related field, or 1–3 years' related experience.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience valued.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature controls preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Review Plans & Specifications and develop cost estimates for Trane materials, labor, and equipment.
• Provide estimating support to the equipment sales team.
• Determine project needs and constraints to meet HVAC system design requirements.
• Coordinate selection, pricing, and integration of equipment, controls, and services.
• Prepare, finalize, and review proposals and equipment submittals.
