Job summary

RectorSeal is seeking a General Assembler for on-site work to assemble products per specifications, manage inventory, and ensure quality and on-time delivery. You will support cross-team collaboration and maintain safety and organization in the workspace. The role is hourly, on-site, with Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m. overtime may be required during peak times; candidates should be able to stand for 8–12 hours and lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 6 months manufacturing/distribution experience in lieu of education
• Able to stand for 8–12 hour shifts
• Willing to work any shift and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per specifications and quality standards
• Conduct regular inventory checks and record stock levels
• Collaborate with team to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed
• Pack HVAC products securely for transport
• Label, stock, and organize items for easy restocking
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Store parts and tools properly to prevent delays and hazards
