Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist in various departments (Application Engineering, Sales Administration, Office, Warehouse and Field Service) where needed
• Record or update sales-related details in CRM system
• Assists service in fabrication or the field
• Participates in sales meetings or trade shows as needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School Degree
• Enrollment in an accredited Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) program in Engineering
• Computer skills required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general internet functionality required.
• Other skills required: Communicating effectively verbally and in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
• The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented by others, both verbally and in writing.
• The ability to express ideas and convey information clearly, simply and positively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of HVAC systems and equipment preferred.
