Qualifications

• High School Diploma or trade school with 4–5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to meet physical requirements, including lifting.
• Experience with supervisory roles preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to analyze information and exercise judgment.

Responsabilités

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Install, repair, calibrate, and maintain HVAC control systems and related instruments.
• Inspect HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best modification approach.
