Job summary

Spinnaker Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 to operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment across our portfolio of resort properties. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, refurbishment of units, and adherence to safety and service standards to ensure optimal guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in facility maintenance, 3+ years HVAC service, and EPA-608 certification, with hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 5 years of facility maintenance experience.
At least 3 years of HVAC service experience.
Valid EPA-608 Type II or Universal Certification required.
Hospitality experience preferred.
Knowledge of tools, materials and practices used in maintenance.
Knowledge of safety hazards and precautions.

Responsibilities

Complete all work orders or projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
Repair and/or replace defective appliances.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment runs properly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate work records and logs.
Refurbish units to Spinnaker Standards.
Follow safety rules and maintain professional behavior with guests and staff.
