Job summary

You will troubleshoot equipment failures, calibrate control instruments, and apply in-depth knowledge to propose effective modifications. You’ll coach others and uphold CBRE RISE values to drive reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining complex commercial HVAC systems.
• Proficient in calibrating instruments and control components.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend modifications.

Responsibilities
