Qualifications

• Ability to respond to emergencies and work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, or HVAC tasks for buildings.
• Maintain boilers, chillers, pumps, VAV, and air distribution systems.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance per standards and best practices.
• Respond to emergencies and safety incidents; document actions.
• Coordinate with supervisor and report activities as required.
