Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified HVAC Technician with active credentials.
• Minimum of 3 years journeyman HVAC operation, maintenance and repair experience.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience with servant leadership skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft applications and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and train HVAC/Equipment/Electrical technicians and trade helpers, ensuring timely project completion.
• Develop plans and estimates for HVAC/Equipment/Electrical projects including resources.
• Prepare written reports on projects and machinery condition.
• Coordinate work with coworkers and other departments.
• Maintain equipment status records and parts usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and company policies.
• Oversee capital planning and annual maintenance budgeting.
