Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Assistthe supervisor and managers withleading, guiding and/or training of other craftsmenwithinthe trade represented ensuring applicable procedures and techniques are being followed

• Assistin the development and carry out of daily tasks, assignments, along with communicating with internal hosts and management on work order status and any crew related situations
• Monitor quality, completion and accountability for the Facilities Maintenance team being represented
• Ensureall work conforms to all applicable rules,regulationsand codes
• Assistwith the tracking of the park’s infrastructure and with winter work projects
• Install,modify, trouble shoot and repair HVAC/refrigeration systems and major appliances
• Calculate electrical loads and size systems
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repairvarious typesof Food service equipment
• Design and install HVAC systems in new construction buildings and attractions
• Accomplish equipment or material take offs from blueprints and/or schematics
• Design and install natural gas systems in compliance with all applicable codes
• Document all repairs andmaintainrefrigerant usage log
• Independently maintain, repair & replace complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing & Food Service equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Comply withOSHA regulations; federal, state, and local laws/regulations and applicable industry standards
• Must have the ability to attend technical training courses in specialized HVAC, Mechanical, plumbing, Electrical & Food Service Equipment
• Ability to gain state certifications & licensing within (1) year of employment

Education and Experience Required

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Mustbe at least 18 years old
• Minimum of Four (4) years’ craftlevel experience withdemonstratedservant leadership skills including: motivating, coaching, counseling, and providing positive feedback
• Basic computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Must be a Certified HVAC Technician
• A minimum of eight(8)ofdocumentable HVAC journeyman level operation, maintenance and repair experience in the HVAC and refrigeration trade
• Knowledge of all applicable codes, standards, regulations andorpark building requirements
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience that provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be evaluated on an individual basis
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles according to company policy. Must have valid driver’s license, proof of auto liability insurance and acceptable motor vehicle driving record
