Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of four years’ craft-level experience with demonstrated servant leadership.
• Must be a Certified HVAC Technician.
• A minimum of eight years of documentable HVAC journeyman level operation, maintenance and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor and managers with leading, guiding and training of other craftsmen to ensure procedures and techniques are followed.
• Develop plans for scoping jobs and obtaining materials and resources for work orders.
• Oversee material inventory and maintain organization of inventory.
• Communicate work order status and crew-related situations with management.
• Monitor quality and accountability for the Facilities Maintenance team.
