Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC) is hiring a General Maintenance Worker - HVAC for Fort Carson, CO. This non-exempt role requires electrical maintenance and repair work on building equipment, supporting HVAC technicians, and adhering to safety guidelines.

The position demands the ability to work at various site locations, pass background checks, and maintain a valid driver’s license. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential to ensure reliable maintenance and service

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience in Electrical/utility trades.
• Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (Tier 1) background check.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to work in a high-volume office environment and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Replacing and repairing wires, switches, fixtures, motors, pumps and other duties while assisting HVAC Technicians with daily duties.
• Work on top of buildings, in mechanical rooms, crawl spaces, etc. for routine maintenance.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Consistently produce quality products and service.
• Complete all training within required timeline.
• Perform all work in a safe and secure manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
