Job summary

• Must pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (Tier 1).
• Must maintain access to government worksite.
• Ability to work in a high-volume office area with customers.

Responsibilities

• Replace and repair wires, switches, fixtures, motors, pumps; assist HVAC technicians.
• Work on rooftops, mechanical rooms, crawl spaces for routine maintenance.
• Adhere to policies, safety regulations; ensure quality and timely training.
• Perform duties safely and securely; complete all training on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
