Job summary

Elite Consulting Systems is seeking an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal/ Ductwork Project Manager to oversee all phases of sheet metal work in HVAC system installations, from design through completion. You will lead the project team, coordinate with other trades, and ensure adherence to safety protocols, budget, and schedule requirements.

The role requires deep knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication and installation techniques, strong organization and time-management skills, and

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HVAC sheet metal work, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or project management role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, and installation techniques.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with HVAC design software, AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.
Familiarity with SMACNA standards and HVAC codes/regulations.
Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of sheet metal work in HVAC installations from design to completion.
Manage project team and coordinate with other trades to meet safety, budget, and schedule requirements.
Ensure fabrication, installation, and maintenance meet high quality and efficiency standards.
