Unknown is seeking a Project Manager with strong sheet metal/HVAC experience to join a commercial mechanical contractor in the Twin Cities. This role focuses on managing HVAC projects from inception to completion, coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and field personnel, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have commercial mechanical/HVAC project management experience, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication to lead projects and maintain client

Qualifications

• Strong sheet metal/HVAC knowledge and field understanding.
• Ability to manage the technical aspects of mechanical projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial mechanical/HVAC projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress.
• Coordinate office and field activities.
• Visit jobsites as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and communication.
• Identify and resolve project issues.
• Help keep projects on schedule and running efficiently.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and project partners.
