Job summary

Cis-International-LLC in Puerto Rico is seeking an Engineering Technician to support HVAC and sheet-metal projects. You will focus on tracking, documentation, and coordination with estimators, drafters, fabrication, and installation teams from our San Lorenzo office.

The role requires AutoCAD proficiency, strong project management, and the ability to read mechanical drawings. Fluency in English and Spanish is expected; a relevant Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or Business Admin/PM.
• 1–3 years of HVAC, construction, ductworks, piping experience.
• 1–3 years of technical project coordination experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, MS Office.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and duct layouts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Track progress, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across HVAC and ductwork projects.
• Participate in project meetings and document minutes.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports for management and customers.
• Support estimator and draftsman in closing project estimates and reviewing drawings.
• Coordinate fabrication and installation activities with project timelines.
• Maintain organized project documentation (drawings, RFIs, change orders).
• Communicate updates with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
