Job summary

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to keep drawings, submittals, and sequences up to date, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in administration and document control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Atlassian Confluence.
• AutoCAD proficiency preferred.
• Ability to read drawings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with all team members.

Responsibilities

• Act as a system administrator to document and align information in multiple information management tools (document management system, Confluence, and construction project management systems)
• Support management of project drawings and tracking of P&IDs
• Work with Engineering and Maintenance Teams to ensure all required technical documents are up to date stored uniformly and consistently in information management tools and accessible to all HVAC team members
• Support uploading and downloading of information to and from construction project management system to support startup and commissioning handoff
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
• Visit equipment and observe items managed in documentation (as needed)
