Job summary

You will administer information management tools, assist with drawings, P&IDs, and project handoff, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in administration and document control.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Confluence and CAD drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document control management and alignment of HVAC documents.
• Administer information across document management tools and Confluence.
• Support management of project drawings and P&IDs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Maintenance to keep documents up to date and accessible.
