Blue Collar Services is seeking a Division Vice President for RNC & Home Services in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead a large division, driving profitability and strategic growth across the Northwest Phoenix location.

The role requires extensive experience in Residential New Construction HVAC operations, strong P&L ownership, and a proactive, improvement-minded leadership style to scale our division while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations leadership roles (VP/GM/Operations head).
• Background in Residential New Construction HVAC operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and operational efficiency for the division.
• Provide senior leadership with regular performance updates and recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal/external customers to support NPS targets.
• Lead and develop frontline management to build a cohesive, high-performing team.

The Role:

As the Division Vice President, you will report to the SVP and operate as the head of our Northwest Phoenix location. We need a leader with serious operational and financial acumen who can set the tone for the entire building, mentor local management, and scale our Residential New Construction pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Drive profitability and operational efficiency across the entire division.
• Provide senior management with regular performance updates and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers to achieve net promoter score targets.
• Engage with front line associates and management to build a cohesive, one-team culture.

Requirements:

• 10 plus years of prior experience acting as an operations manager, VP, or GM.
• Mandatory background in Residential New Construction (RNC) HVAC operations.
• Explicit prior P&L ownership responsibility.
• Mechanical aptitude and a proactive willingness to drive continuous improvement.
