Job summary

Alliance Executive Search Partners is seeking a Vice President of Operations for a leading HVAC, hydronics, plumbing, and mechanical equipment manufacturer’s representative organization in the Greater Washington/Oregon region. Relocation is available.

The VP will own operations across multiple businesses, work directly with the President, and drive efficiency, profitability, and growth by leading cross-functional teams and implementing strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience in commercial HVAC, hydronics, plumbing, mechanical equipment, or manufacturer's representation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align operations across multiple HVAC, plumbing, and hydronics locations to drive efficiency, profitability, and growth.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, streamline processes, and improve performance.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, and KPIs to monitor financial and operational results.

• Collaborate with the President to strengthen manufacturer relationships and execute long-term strategy.

An established, $100M+ commercial HVAC, Plumbing & Hydronics manufacturer's representative organization with 200+ employees across multiple states is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead its continued growth and expansion.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of operations across multiple businesses, work directly with the President, and help shape the future of the organization.

The Opportunity

• Lead and align operations across multiple HVAC, plumbing, and hydronics businesses and locations, driving efficiency, profitability, and growth.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, streamline processes, and improve overall business performance.
• Oversee financial and operational performance, including P&L, budgets, and key performance indicators.
• Lead and develop management teams while strengthening accountability across the organization.
• Work directly with the President to strengthen manufacturer relationships, align business functions, and execute the organization's long-term strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Executive leadership experience in commercial HVAC, hydronics, plumbing, mechanical equipment, or manufacturer's representation.
• Proven success leading a business, division, or multi-location operation with P&L responsibility.
• A hands-on leader who understands the HVAC/Plumbing industry and can bring teams together while driving operational improvements.
