Job summary

TMG USA LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Division Manager to build and lead a new HVAC division within our multifamily restoration and renovation business. You will shape strategy, recruit staff, and implement processes to deliver high-quality HVAC services.

You will oversee project planning, scheduling, supplier relations, and compliance with codes and safety standards while driving continuous improvement and cost control across multiple concurrent projects.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Division Manager to lead the development and growth of a new HVAC division within our multifamily restoration, renovation, and buildout company. This is a unique opportunity to build an entire HVAC division from the ground up, driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality HVAC services to our expanding client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the HVAC division, including staffing, training, and operational processes.
• Oversee HVAC project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
• Collaborate closely with multifamily restoration and renovation teams to integrate HVAC solutions seamlessly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for the HVAC division.
• Lead, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians and support staff to build a high-performing team.
• Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC management or leadership roles, preferably within multifamily or commercial construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry codes, safety standards, and best practices.
