You will work closely with Project Management, Estimating, Field Operations, and company leadership to ensure projects and people are organized and running efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC or mechanical construction, PM or operations.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial mechanical/HVAC construction.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and accountability skills.
• Experience developing processes, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the HVAC construction division.
• Coordinate project assignments across Project Managers.
• Transition projects from Estimating to Project Management.
• Identify workflow issues and drive efficiency improvements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and processes.
• Monitor workload, staffing, and resources.
• Support PMs in resolving issues.
• Lead communication between Estimating, PM, and Field Ops.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Provide updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
