Job summary

Dominion Management seeks an experienced HVAC Division Manager in Virginia Beach to build a new HVAC division within our multifamily restoration and renovation company. You will lead staffing, project planning, and operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and standards.

You will collaborate with restoration teams, manage supplier and subcontractor relationships, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards. This is a leadership role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• HVAC management or leadership experience in multifamily or commercial construction.
• Master HVAC Technician License preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the HVAC division, including staffing, training, and operational processes.
• Oversee HVAC project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and on-budget completion.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Division Manager to lead the development and growth of a new HVAC division within our multifamily restoration, renovation, and buildout company. This is a unique opportunity to build an entire HVAC division from the ground up, driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality HVAC services to our expanding client base.

Key Responsibilities
