Job summary

TMG USA LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Division Manager to build and lead a new HVAC division within our multifamily restoration and renovation business. You will shape strategy, recruit staff, and implement processes to deliver high-quality HVAC services.

You will oversee project planning, scheduling, supplier relations, and compliance with codes and safety standards while driving continuous improvement and cost control across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading HVAC teams or divisions.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, and maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the HVAC division, including staffing, training, and processes.
• Oversee HVAC project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Collaborate with multifamily restoration teams to integrate HVAC solutions.
• Develop relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians and staff.
