Valid driver's license and forklift certification are required, with a background in warehouse duties and RF scanning preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years truck driving experience (26 ft vehicle or larger) or 1 year operating Johnstone equipment/vehicles under supervision.
• Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain on the job.
• Experience operating forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and competently.
• English proficiency is a core requirement for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic power equipment (electric pallet, walkie rider, sit-down forklift) to locate, store, and move products.
• Receive product by unloading trucks using forklift or manual methods.
• Verify shipments against packing lists and complete necessary paperwork.
• Fill orders by picking and packing items and preparing for shipment.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; follow SOPs and participate in inventory counts.
• Drive company vehicles safely and maintain vehicle condition per DOT and company standards.
• Load/unload trucks, prepare routes, and ensure timely delivery.
