Job summary

Johnstone Supply, a leading HVACR distributor, is hiring a Material Handler/Driver for our US operations. The role combines warehouse tasks with driving responsibilities to receive, fill, and ship products efficiently while ensuring safe transport of goods to customers and stores.

Qualified candidates will operate forklifts, use RF scanners, and manage inventory with ERP systems. A valid driver’s license and forklift certification are required, with opportunity to grow within a strong team

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ year of truck driving experience or 1 year operating Johnstone equipment/vehicles preferred.
Experience operating forklift and warehouse equipment safely and competently.

Responsibilities

Operate basic power equipment to locate and move products safely within the warehouse.
Receive products by unloading trucks and using forklift, pallet jack, or manual handling.
Ensure shipments are accurate and undamaged by checking packing lists and paperwork.
Fill orders, pack items, and prepare pallets for shipping; maintain labeling accuracy.
Drive company vehicles following DOT/state regulations and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Perform routine maintenance and assist in warehouse equipment upkeep.
Participate in inventory counts and maintain safety protocols.
